Our handmade products are unique and one of a kind. This means that if you purchase an item from our store, it will not be an exact duplication of the product photos because of its handmade and unique nature. You will receive a variation of the product, which can vary in color, weight, shape and scent.
Everyone's sense of smell is different. We try to describe each fragrance as accurately as possible and because of personal nature in which our products are used, we are not permitted to refund or exchange your product. Please be certain of the product you choose before confirming your order. However, if there has been a mistake on our part, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 3-5 working business days, unless it is prohibited by an act of God or an uncontrollable circumstance. If this ever becomes the case, we will notify you via e-mail.
Please note: Shipping fees will not automatically be added to your cart. Based on the amount of items purchased, you will be charged accordingly.
Please be sure to enter the correct postal address information. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect postal address provided by you or deemed undeliverable due to an incomplete address.
We will not be held responsible for items that are left at your door by courier that shows a proof of delivery receipt in our system. If your courier tries to deliver packages on multiple days without success due to a signature being needed or no one being home, the package will be returned to us for non-delivery. You will be responsible for paying an additional shipping cost to have it resent.
We are a cruelty free company and we do not test on animals.
All materials including, but not limited to, images, photos, text, titles, descriptions and products belong to Mariea Tania unless otherwise stated and may not be used or reproduced without our consent.
